SHIPPING POLICY

Figuring shipping is confusing, we know. There are several shipping choices but we want you to know that we will refund any overages paid over $1 back to you.

Purchases at $100 and over are shipped for free.

USPS Priority Mail offers "1-3 day shipping". Receipt of your package depends on your location relative to our location. We also require 1-3 business days to process your order

Once your order leaves our hands, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. Your package is insured and responsibility for your package is transferred to the carrier. We will only have access to the same tracking information you have been sent.
Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happily satisfied with the products you purchase from us. Product refunds will be determined on an individual basis.

We do our best to describe each scent based on the manufacturers descriptions, however, scents may be perceived differently by each individual.

Not all our soaps are created equally because they are handcrafted and hand cut. Most of the individual bar soaps are between 5 & 6 ounces but are labeled at 5 ounces. Smaller soaps are also labeled at their cure time.
